One of the most touching moments from a theatre event was when a lovely lady named Sharon came through from spirit. 🤍
Her sister had often wondered if Sharon would ever be brave enough to come forward, as she was always so gentle, quiet, and polite in life.
But she did.
Sharon wanted her sister to know that she is at peace and still watching over her. More than anything, she wanted to remind her to stop worrying so much about everyone else including her son while he’s travelling and trust that everything will be okay.
Moments like these remind me that love never leaves us. ✨

Sometimes our dreams are reflections of our grief. 💔

A few months ago during one of my shows, a lady asked me about a recurring dream where she felt she was neglecting her baby or not caring for them properly.

These kinds of dreams can often happen after we’ve spent so much of our lives caring for someone especially after loss.

When that person is gone, grief can leave us questioning everything:
“Did I do enough?”
“Was I there enough?”
“Could I have done more?”

But the truth is… if you loved them, cared for them, and did your best then yes, you were enough. ❤️

And once we begin to truly accept that, those painful dreams often start to fade.

I had the absolute privilege of bringing through the most beautiful messages for a lady in the audience from her son in spirit. 🤍
The love that came through was overwhelming, not only for his mum, but for the entire family he left behind, especially his children. His warmth, his presence, and his deep love for them all could be felt so strongly.

Her parents in spirit also stepped forward, lovingly watching over their grandson alongside him. It was such a powerful reminder that our loved ones continue to guide, support, and walk beside us every single day.

There was even a wonderfully funny and validating moment when I sensed someone needing their ears syringed because her mother in spirit used to have this done regularly herself! Those little details are always so special. ✨

Moments like this remind me that spirit want us to keep living, loving, laughing, and carrying their memory forward with joy. ❤️

From cats and dogs to dreams of rescue sanctuaries 🐾✨

Loved chatting with about our shared love of animals. Lauren tells us all about her cats. She has a passion for animal welfare, and opening an animal sanctuary would be a dream come true 🐱💛

I also share stories about horse riding years ago and how my dog likes to sleep!

Such a lovely conversation with someone who truly adores animals as much as I do.
