In just a few months, I’ll be 41. I’m doing my best to slow the clock down — not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too. ⏳
Yes, this is a fitness photo… but this isn’t just about fitness. This is about life — about showing up for myself, especially when no one’s watching, and sometimes when everyone is.
People will form opinions of you too easily - some will support you, some will judge you, and some will love or hate you without even knowing your heart. I’ve learned to keep going anyway. To keep showing up for the people who do see me, support me, and send love — thank you. That support means more than you know. ❤️
Fitness is one of the ways I take care of myself — not for applause or approval, but because it grounds me. It gives me peace. It reminds me who I am when the noise gets loud. We all have our struggles, and this space has helped me fight through mine.
