Going into 2025 I want to leave my clients and followers with a quote that has been playing heavily on my mind for the last couple of months now.

I’ve always struggled to adjust my mindset when it comes to exercise (mainly running😂) always telling myself to quit or that I’m too tired to continue. Recently, I’ve worked hard to try and change my mentality and start to be more positive.
