Hi, I'm Kelli welcome to my page of all things Cambridge!! Please pop by regularly for tips, support and offers if you're following the plan with me and if you're not maybe you have a friend or family member that would like to lose weight. If we don't ourselves then it's guaranteed that we all have at least one person in our lives that really struggles with weight issues... that's where I come in! I've 'been there, done that' and finally found a diet that worked for me and now I want to support other people to succeed! I was so fed up with being on diets that didn't work, even when I was 'good'. The anticipation of a really good loss after a 100% sin free week only to be met with disappointment got too much! My personal experience of Cambridge is that if you do it right it, works right...it's that simple!

After having my youngest daughter I was the heaviest I'd ever been. I'd always struggled with my weight and the thought of how much I had to lose and how long it was going to take (judging by previous attempts) was devastating. I started The 1:1 Diet (or Cambridge Weight Plan as it was known then) and within five months I was five stone lighter! I maintained my weight loss for 7 years until lock down when I boredom ate and gained back 2+ stone. The 1:1 Diet came to the rescue again and although things are different this time having reached the joys of Peri-menopause, it's still free only thing that works for me. I'm passionate about helping other people lose weight because I KNOW... I've been where you are! Get in touch and get started 😃 ###

Photo dump part 2 of the gala dinner evening of Convention! What a night! This year we had the gorgeous DJing for us and he was amazing and soooo nice (despite being accosted by everyone 🙈) We always get so looked after at these events, and no, we don't have to eat products...it's a three course meal and plenty of free wine😂. Most of my photos are just selfies with other people as you make the best friends in this business and it's so nice to catch up with them. So nice in fact that there was a group of us in the hotel bar until 5.30am 🤣 x

I won my 1st award back in 2014, which was a complete surprise as I had no idea I had done anything special other than be persistent and enthusiastic. I've won something every year since (except one which I still kick myself about!) I've been taken to Bruges, Lake Como, Marbella, Marrakech and have a trip to Montenegro still to look forward to....all luxury, all inclusive and with amazing people. I consider myself incredibly lucky. Not because achieving these awards is luck, I'm not going to pretend it's not incredibly hard work, but I'm lucky that my consultant suggested I did the training, lucky that I'm in a job that offers these kind of rewards and lucky that I work with a company that truly values their consultants and don't just show it with empty words but with amazing experiences...I not everyone can say the same. I have a goal to help every one of my team get the chance to have the same experiences I have had x

The 1:1 Diet 2023 Convention photo dump. What a weekend! I attended my first convention in 2013, the year I became a consultant. I only went for the business day and the atmosphere was so amazing I had utter FOMO having to leave. The following year, despite only knowing a handful of people and my sponsor only ever attending the daytime event, I nervously decided to go for the full weekend. I needn't have worried as everyone was so friendly. That year I won an award and one of the perks was that the winners got to meet the daytime guest speaker. That year was Falklands veteran Simon Weston. Because I had been in the VIP area I was late finding a table for the gala and was wandering around in the huge, dark room blinded by the decor lighting and unable to recognise anyone as it was fancy dress night. Out of the darkness came a consultant from my area riding an emu (yes really, albeit a fancy dress emu!) who spotted me and swooped me up to come and sit on her table. That feeling of welcoming and togetherness is there every year. I've attended every convention since ###

Ten years ago I went from being five stone overweight and miserable in my job to finally feeling happy in my own skin and having a whole new business that not only fit around my family (and social life 🙈) but gave me a sense of pride and achievement. I get to help people every day, I earn a good income and when I work hard it's ME that reaps the rewards and I don't have to ask someone else for time off, or risk missing out on important events because someone else has booked a holiday. I can look at the awards I've won, the income that I earn and the success of my business and think "I did that" 😃. Hi I'm Kelli, I'm a Consultant for The 1:1 Diet and have been for over ten years now. I have amazing clients and an amazing team....that I want to add to!!! I'm looking for people that have real drive, independent thinkers and DOERS! 😃
This is something that can be done face to face, virtually, full time (like me) or part time around other commitments. The magic is that there are amazing incentives for building a successful business (check out my Champion trip photos below for proof 😄) BUT there's no mandatory targets, no-one telling you off if you're not buying tonnes of products or seeing loads of clients...it's all carrot, no stick 💁🏼‍♀️. Which means whether you're a gung ho 'all in' type or 'dip your toe in' type you can run your business your way.
