💕 ✨ Creative Hearts at Ashlynn Grange ✨ 💕

With Valentine’s Day approaching, we have started our "Love is in the Air" celebrations with the most wonderful and creative session! 🦋

Our residents spent a lovely few hours crafting and decorating delicate little hearts, each one designed to fit perfectly in the palm of a hand. 🎨

It was so inspiring to see everyone add their own personal touch to their designs. 🥰

It was a truly relaxed, feel-good session filled with smiles and plenty of imagination.

There is nothing quite like the joy of handmade art to bring us all together! 🤗

One of our ladies even showcased her flair by turning her heart into a stunning necklace. 🌟

We had the most wonderful time at the Halcyon Peterborough 🌟

There is nothing quite like the feeling of seeing familiar faces and feeling so welcomed by our local community. It really does the soul good. 🏠

The pub was full of life, we had so much fun playing darts, sharing old stories, and even having a little dance! 🎯💃

It was one of those days where the laughter just didn’t stop. 💝🌟

We want to give a massive, heartfelt shout-out to AJ. 🎉

One of our lovely residents has walked past the pub for many, many years but had never actually been inside. 🙌

AJ, thank you for being so kind and taking him on a little tour to show him around. 🌸

That small gesture meant the world to him and to all of us. 👏✨

A huge thank you also goes to A2B Euro Cars Ltd driver for looking after us and providing such great support with our travel. 🚕🙌

We had such a brilliant time and we’re already looking forward to our next big adventure! 🚌😊

🎈Our balloon rain parachute was so much fun! 🎈

Residents couldn't help but giggle as we worked together to keep the colourful balloons flying high. 💕

The atmosphere was bursting with colour and excitement, it was amazing to see everyone feeling so energetic and full of life! ✨🌈

We also had a special visit from our lovely Candy! 🐾

There’s nothing quite like the power of dog therapy, we had a wonderful time stroking her and giving her well-deserved treats. 🐶❤️

To top it all off, we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea. ☕️ 🍰

Great snacks, lovely company, and beautiful smiles, a perfect day of quality time together. 😊

Huge congratulations to Naomi, who has been promoted to Residential Community Lead, and to Rachana, our new official Admin Manager! 🎊

Both Naomi and Rachana have shown exceptional dedication, hard work, and leadership. 🏆

We are extremely proud of their achievements and feel incredibly lucky to have such talented individuals in our Teams. 💕

✨ What a fantastic start to the day 💃🕺

We had an absolute blast this morning dancing along to some upbeat tunes with the wonderful Sally. 🎶

Everyone joined in for some great exercise, we were stretching high, clapping along, and stomping to the beat! 👣✨

The fun went to a whole new level when Sally brought out the props! 🌈

The room was filled with colour as we waved scarves, balanced silly hats on our heads, and practiced our coordination with fans and balls. 🎩🎾

It was the perfect mix of movement, laughter, and great company. Thank you, Encore Dance Academy, for bringing so much energy to our morning! 🥳💖

And to finish off our day, we had a lovely afternoon tea!

Residents gathered in the lounge for a fancy treat, and the room was filled with a wonderful atmosphere as everyone shared stories and memories over a beautiful fine China set. 🍰

Friends and family joined the circle, enjoying a delightful spread of treats, sweets, and snacks.🍪

The air was warm with fun, hot drinks and the sound of lively conversation, making it a truly special occasion to end the day on a high note. 🍰☕️✨

What a wonderful session we had with our amazing residents, along with friends and family joining in the fun! 🤩

We played a mix of memory games and a fantastic physical challenge that had everyone smiling from ear to ear! 😁❤️

The highlight was our ball transfer game, using just a large spoon (no hands allowed! 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️).

We carefully scooped coloured balls from one basket to an empty one while the timer ticked away! ⏱️⚡

Each ball had its own little weight, which made balancing our way across to the other side quite the tricky task, but that's what made it so rewarding! 💪

We successfully got all the right colours into their new home, and the laughter and teamwork throughout were absolutely priceless! 🎯🤝

But we didn’t stop there, the joy reached even greater heights as we came together to celebrate a very special birthday! 🥳🎂

Our beautiful Mama was surrounded by love as staff, fellow residents, and her cherished family gathered to mark this wonderful occasion! 🤗

The room was filled with warm hugs, heartfelt singing, and a gorgeous cake crafted with incredible care by our talented kitchen team! 🎤 🎶 🧑‍🍳

From the perfectly smooth icing adorned with delicate decorations to the moist, flavorful sponge layers inside, every bite was absolutely delicious, everyone couldn’t stop complimenting how rich and perfectly balanced the taste was! 😋

It truly was a masterpiece that added extra magic to the day! ✨💫

Seeing her beam with delight as she was showered with well-wishes, thoughtful gifts and enjoyed every mouthful of her cake reminded us all why these moments together are so precious! 💕 🎁

Its was a truly beautiful celebration that perfectly wrapped up our day of fun with love, community, and so much happiness! 🥰🌟
