This Friday, I’m hosting a special Mother & Daughter Evening Retreat - a chance to pause, reconnect, and share a beautiful, calming experience side by side.

Think gentle movement, deep relaxation, meaningful moments, and time to truly be present with each other- away from the busyness of everyday life.

Whether you come to unwind, bond, or simply try something new together, this evening is all about connection, calm, and creating memories you’ll both carry with you ✨

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening retreat, Celebrating the Full Moon-a space to slow down, reconnect, and realign with the rhythms of nature.

We’ll sip warming herbal teas, move through a gentle yoga practice inspired by the moon’s energy at this powerful phase, explore calming breathwork, and melt into deep relaxation. The evening will close with a full moon releasing ritual; an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new intentions.

Women’s bodies move through natural rhythms-yet most fitness spaces expect us to train the same way every day.

Yoga offers something different.

A women-focused yoga practice supports the body through hormonal shifts, changing energy levels, and different life stages. Instead of pushing harder, it invites us to listen, slow down, and move in ways that feel supportive.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, fatigue, menstrual cycles, pregnancy, or menopause, yoga can help you reconnect with your body and create space for both strength and rest.

Your practice doesn’t have to be intense to be powerful.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is simply step onto the mat and breathe.
