What a brilliant day of talks today at the ARA annual conference for acupuncturists on all things wellbeing. We had everything from functional gut testing to menopause to subcutaneous needling. I love these opportunities to connect with my peers. I may have picked up a few new products from the many exhibitors I chatted to as well.

What an absolutely beautiful day it was today! I really enjoyed my morning walk with Scooby. The sunshine was such a welcome interlude from the cold wet weather we have been having recently. It felt very springlike…not long now, the birds were much chattier than they have been, the bulbs are starting to peek through the soil ready to burst into life again. Are you getting ready to spring back into action after a restful winter?

January doesn’t need big promises or dramatic reinvention. Sometimes it’s simply about taking proper care of yourself and giving your body a chance to reset. Small acts of self care do slowly add up.
