Peacefully at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Monday 19th January 2026, David Cowe Buchan, aged 78 years.

Dearly loved and cherished husband of Anne, much loved and loving dad of Fiona-Anne, Carrie and Kelly. Respected father-in-law of David and Martin, and a very proud and loving granda of Callum, Liam and Shaun.

David spent a significant part of his career working at ASCO, where he was well known as “DC” and respected by colleagues.

Very sadly missed.

Celebration of David’s life to be held in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Thursday 5th February at 10.30 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited. Interment at Grange cemetery thereafter will be private.

Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Hall door for Friends of Anchor.
