I do also enjoy chocolate & won’t say no to a margarita 😂 I’m such a foodie!!!

This is our last full week of classes before the holidays! Thursday & Friday classes will finish this week and will restart w|c 28 July. You can book into August classes now via Gymcatch!

Don’t worry, you can rent some workouts to follow at home for only £9.99 - simply message us to join the list ❤️

Updated Class schedule and info on our Reformer Pilates!

Although class names are different, the levels/difficulty of class remains the same (based on who I have in class).

For anyone new to Pilates, they must have completed a beginner class or 1:1 session with us and have a good understanding of the core principles before joining a level 2 class.

Our diary is now open again for booking 1:1 sessions!!

We have 2.5 weeks left of classes 👀

A reminder that I’ll be off for 3 weeks but you can rent some workouts to do at home during that time. Just message me to book this.

I’ll also be updating our class timetable as we have a couple of changes coming & I’ll open up more 1:1 sessions for mat & reformer pilates 🧘‍♂️
