Anxiety appears out of nowhere, even though it was never something you struggled with before.

These changes are common during perimenopause and menopause, but that doesn’t mean you have to navigate them alone.

Join Dr Helen Goldie Helen the Menopause Pharmacist and Jules from Wyse Pilates on Saturday 13 June in Mintlaw for an empowering and informative wellbeing morning designed to help you better understand the changes happening within your body.

Dr Helen Goldie will share expert insight into perimenopause and menopause, helping you understand the impact hormonal changes can have on mood, metabolism, sleep, anxiety, HRT and overall wellbeing.

Following the talk, Jules will guide you through a supportive Pilates session focused on:
• Pelvic floor and core support
• Joint and bone health
• Strength and stability
• Nervous system regulation through movement and breathwork

A morning to learn, move and feel supported in a welcoming environment.

Excited to be a part of this again this year!

As part of MVT Mindful May, Wyse Pilates be running a floor-based Pilates taster for anyone curious to give it a go.

Why Pilates? It's well-known for building core strength, improving posture and supporting a calmer, more focused mind. “Jules is a friendly, patient tutor, and this is a relaxed introduction” — no prior experience needed.

This is happening on Monday 18th May, 13:00–13:45, in Meeting Room 3/Studio at the Maud Resource Centre. The taster is FREE for new attendees only.
