If your new to my page or have been following for a while but didn’t know what I actually offer alongside my retreat days, events & soundbaths this is my 1:1 offerings.

I know that for some people coming to a group session can be really daunting. So this is why I feel it’s important to create a safe space for people to come do the deeper work in more of a 1 on 1 setting. These sessions can be done in person (in my lovely room in Peterhead) or online!

👯‍♀️ INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 👯‍♀️

Happy international women’s day.

A day to celebrate all the women in our life but most of all the women we are. The women shaped not by our trauma or society but by the love kindness and support of those strong women who surround us. The mums or caregivers that sacrificed time for themselves to you the time love or life they wanted for you. To the hours of calls, group chat supports, voice notes or catchups with our girl friends, our soul sisters who aren’t sisters by blood but who have listened held us and shaped us into who we are. Who have loved us through every version as we grow, The good the bad and the ugly.

To the women who fought for our rights and let us know it’s safe and ok to be a women. To not be ashamed of our feminine energy knowing we are not too emotional, we don’t feel too much or ask for too much. That we deserve every thing we seek and more. Sometimes being a women can feel so overwhelming from hormones to emotions to the pressure of having to hold it all together. Being mums, wife’s, having a career and being constantly on a hamster wheel trying to have it all figured out feeling behind or feeling like we’re not doing ‘enough’. Hit what women were meant for was to be soft slow & go with the flow. To care and nurture without pressure but to also be held and looked after.

So if there’s one thing you can do today is do something just do you. The women you are underneath the name ‘mum’ the women you were before you felt the weight of the world on you. The world doesn’t stop & nothing will fall apart if you take time for yourself. Step into your soft feminine energy. Thank yourself for all that you do & love yourself for every part of you past present and future. But most of all let’s support eachother, no competing, no jealousy, just love. Because life gets hard sometimes & we need our girls

Do you know i offer 1-1 & private group sessions? These can be organised in the workplace, comfort of your own home, in my own treatment room or in a local yoga studio/hall such as FHG studio or calm space yurt. I also offer 1-1 coaching, breathwork & group sessions on zoom.

Group family sessions for people who have been struggling such as with kids to help them process or deal with their emotions or to bond more

ONLINE BREATHWORK SESSION

Due to the weather I have decided to move tommorows reiki breathwork session online so everyone can do it in the comfort of their own home.

The perfect time to slow down, reset your nervous system & let go of what no longer serves you going into the new year.

This is powerful breathwork that can bring up emotions, shift energy & leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

This will on zoom from 7-8:15pm
