I practice what I preach — and this is me, raw and real.

At the end of last year, I hit a wall.
After intense hormone treatment and feeling like I was slipping again, I made the decision to go back to the Zinzino health program.

But here’s what I didn’t do back then: I didn’t take a Balance Test.

Now I wish I had — because today, after months of following the protocol, this is my result:
🟡 Semi-balanced 4.4:1 Omega-6:3 ratio
🟥 Protection value: Insufficient (47%)
🟡 Moderate Omega-3 Index, Mental Strength, and Cell Membrane Fluidity

Yes, this is better than where I probably started… but I don’t know exactly how bad it was before.
And while some may look at this and think, “Hey, yellow’s not bad,” — let me be clear:

👉 This is NOT where I want to be. Or where I NEED to be.
👉 Once you’re over the 3:1 ratio, inflammation has already begun.
👉 Even with supplementation, my food choices still aren’t where they should be.

The truth?
I feel more focused, more energetic, more “me” — but I know I’m still not performing at 100%.
This result was a wake-up call.

So why am I sharing this?

Because I’m not perfect.
Because I believe in transparency.
Because I want YOU to see that it’s not about being “good enough” — it’s about real, measurable health.

A 18. Napon a tennivalók ismét ugyanazok. Vegyél ki a kovàszból 10dkg-ot, adj hozzà 10dkg réteslisztet, 5dkg vizet, gyúrd össze, olajozd be és mehet vissza a tiszta dunsztos üvegbe. Hagyd kint a melegen pàr òràt, hogy meginduljon, majd mehet vissza a hűtőbe és 22. Napon jövök a vadiúj tennivalókkal!🤩🤩
