Hello!

The sun is shining today and we definitely need to make the most of it. If, like me, you're thinking about heading out into the garden, remember to take things slowly and allow your body time to adapt to the work. It's easy to be a bit too enthusiastic to begin with when we forget we haven't done these tasks for about 6 months.

On my walk yesterday, it was so lovely to see the first spring flowers appearing above the soil and I take that as my cue to come out of hibernation too!
For many people, spring is the time to declutter and get things in order. But for me it's more of a "what's next?"
I have a few things lined up for this year, both in business and in life. But as you know, I like to take you along with me. So, my question is - how can I help you? What do you need from me?

You can still access the car park opposite the clinic, but you have to come from the Longate side.
Please allow a few extra minutes to get to your appointment if you can.
