Good morning! Monday again! I really do not know where the weeks are going, but here we are, the first Monday in November.
It's been a very busy few weeks, both at work and home. I will try to get a newsletter out to my subscribers as soon as I can.
For anyone in need of an appointment, I have added some extra appointments in over the next couple of weeks, so there should be plenty of availability, including on Saturday 8th and Monday 17th.

Hello!

The clocks have changed, the weather has changed and we suddenly find ourselves at the end of October! Not sure how that happened, but here we are.

I'm back in the clinic this week after a lovely break. I think i have replied to all my messages, so if I have missed any, please give me a nudge.

There are only 2 appointments available this week - Wednesday at 2pm in Peterhead and Thursday at 10.30am in Mintlaw. These can be booked online at www.forbeshealthgroup.co.uk.

As massage has been shown to support a healthy immune system, this is a really good time of year to consider having regular treatments to help keep those bugs at bay.

This is also vaccine season, so please be reminded to leave at least 48 hours after your vaccine before having a massage. It's also important to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell - you won't be treated if you do attend, so please phone the clinic ASAP if you are unwell.

I've had a couple of people asking when my next Saturday clinic will be. As I worked a couple of weeks ago, I had thought that it would probably be after the holidays, but I could MAYBE work this Saturday if there is enough demand.
