Regular customer contacted us regarding loss of pressure on one of their pumps. After investigating the pump closely we noticed the 1st speed capacitor had failed...

We didn't expect the failure to be so severe though! 😱😱😱

Both capacitors replaced with new to ensure this customers pump will see another day 💪

Every now and again we'll come across an issue as seen below.

This is a simple case of lack of care/attention towards the end of a job from the dedicated contractor.

Loose connection within the isolator resulted in the customers hot tub tripping intermittently. This situation isn't only dangerous but its also 100% avoidable!!

One of the key reasons we recommend a annual bioclean service, not only to give your hot tub a well deserved clean. But to ensure its safe and compliant for years to come 👌💪

Better be safe than sorry as they say!

We're back on the mend and I'm slowly getting around to everyone I've pushed back (or simply forgot about... I do apologise! 🙈).
