This is a little bit about me… and why I do this work.
For a long time, my body didn’t feel like a safe place to be.
I lived in stress, tension, and survival patterns; even when, on the outside, everything looked fine.
What changed everything for me wasn’t just mindset or thinking differently…
It was understanding the nervous system.
Learning how to regulate, release, and come back into the body in a way that actually feels safe.
That’s what led me to the work I do today.
At Thrive, I support people to move out of chronic stress and reconnect with a state of calm, clarity and balance — not just mentally, but physically and emotionally.
