I’m thrilled to offer this five-week Beginners’ Vinyasa Yoga course starting on Monday, January 6th from 6:00-7:00pm 2025. The sessions will take place at the lovely Studio Sixteen in central Petersfield.
New Year - New Flexible, Strong You!
We will begin with the basics, progressively building on our knowledge each week. Throughout the course, you’ll learn foundational postures, adopt healthy alignment practices, embrace mindful breathing techniques, and discover the art of relaxation and body awareness.
Who is this course for?
Anyone who...
• Wants to gain more flexibility, strength and mobility in their body.
• Wants to regulate their nervous system and reduce their stress levels.
• Wants to cultivate a healthier, more resilient self, minimising the risk of future aches, pains and joint discomfort.
Common myths:
• “You need to be flexible to practice yoga”
I’m happy to say this is not true. We all have different body types; yoga will increase your flexibility relative to your starting point.
• “You need to be spiritual”
This is also not true. When you practice yoga you’re affecting the whole self - body, mind, and soul. It's all interconnected.
