🌸 Petersfield in Bloom – We Won First Prize! 🏆🌼
Judging day is complete, and we’re blooming proud to share that Downs House has won 1st prize in this year’s Petersfield in Bloom! 🎉🎉

The judges from Petersfield Town Council were blown away by the creativity of our residents. With so many brilliant ideas, they created not just one, but two stunning displays — a beach scene complete with a sandpit flowerbed, and a living space garden using all sorts of household items as planters: drawers, a clothes rail, teapots, cups, a Henry Hoover, even garden Crocs! 🌊🫖👟🌿

Our wonderful chef gardener Jill was thrilled to accept the official 2025 winners plaque on behalf of us all. What a proud moment!

A huge well done to everyone involved — your hard work, humour, and creativity truly shone. 🌟
