At Downs House we have introduced a managers breakfast.
Residents enjoyed a delicious freshly prepared breakfast prepared by our amazing chef Lawrence.

Our manager Sam and deputy Helena heard lots of feedback from our residents at the same time enjoying time together over a spot of Breaky.

A Petersfield-area care group has given something back to an inspirational charity which provides activities, events and support for people affected by dementia.

Downs house had a lovely trip to Hillers Garden Centre in liss
We looked around the shop and watched the fish l.
we them had tea and cake in the lovely cafe there.
Staff where very friendly and we had lots of positive feedback from the residents
Very enjoyable afternoon.

All the residents and staff at Stroud House have truly missed Laura — and we’re so happy to have her back!! What a difference she is making already.

Laura has been busy assisting residents with a variety of creative activities — cutting, sticking, gluing and colouring. The creativity on display has been incredible.

Together, Laura and the residents have made beautiful Olympic banners, vibrant Chinese lanterns and delicate Japanese fans. The home is now bursting with colour, creativity and smiles.

Today we had our first High Tea at Downs House.
Safe to say it was a great success lots of smiles and laughter.
All enjoying freshly made sandwiches and cakes,
While our residents got to know new faces.
This is something we have wanted to do a while to bring our community together targeting people who live alone or don’t get out as much as they would like, making new friends and connections along the way.
