It’s not always easy for our residents at Stroud House to take part in functions, but as Manager I’ve dedicated Friday afternoons to spending time with them and their families. This week we joined the Royal British Legion event and had the pleasure of seeing our sister home, Downs House, joined by Chatterwood, and Milkwood. Thank you so much for having us!” Xx

The kindness of our residents’ families is heart warming ❤️

Jill’s daughters come in regularly to do knit and natter and our ladies really enjoy it.

With knitting needles at the ready, cake and a cuppa, we have been knitting poppies and blankets for the Royal British Legion. These ladies are fantastic.
