Feel like you need a kickstart into the summer?

Join us in a simple step challenge
The aim is to hit 10,000 steps before 10am
So you start the day ahead of the rest of the world!
The challenge is for the first 10 days of May, you can do as much or as little as you like, but the goal is to increase your walking and spending more time outside.
On the final day, we’ll join together for a group walk and enjoy coffee and/or breakfast at the end of the

Birthday walk 🥳 celebrating 2 years of being in the Fit Shack 💪🏼💪🏼

Starting Mon 21st October we will be running a 8 week training block to find out how strong you now and how much you can improve in 8 weeks with the provided training and programming.

Monday 9.00am Tuesday 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am will all be sessions focused on a specific lift and they will stay the same for the next 8 weeks for the progressions.

You can take part in as many or as little sessions as you’d like but if you commit to the training you WILL see results 💪🏼💪🏼

If you’d like to do all 3 sessions take part in this limited offer with only 6 spaces available on a first come first serve basis so get in quick if you’d like to do it!

Exercising is for everyone! Physical activity is essential to healthy aging, it can prevent or delay health problems and will also help you become stronger and more flexible without having to become dependent on others.

We offer three classes a week suitable for all 65+ who are wanting to increase their fitness, improve their flexibility and have a better general quality of life.

Fridays sessions are based at the Fit Shack in Buriton Business Park and your first session is free so come and try it out!
