Plus after a long haul flight your body is crying out for movement.. That last minute rush before travel often means we skip routine and workouts as we rush to prepare and leave house clean and all work tied up. Sound familiar.

So on your holiday or work trip put yourself first.. best way to get over jet lag is movement.
Equally at home before the kids wake up grab a mat and band and get that workout done.
So donโ€™t worry about the workout gear .. just get the workout done.

Tatiana Tartiflette (Tati) my doggo was getting old but still running and swimming with me every morning.

I LOVE JANUARY! Honestly, it's my favorite time to reset after December's chaos. If socials feel noisy, maybe set boundariesโ€”do you really need to watch endless ads for supplements? Instead, curl up with a book or that new Netflix series.

Evenings are still dark from 5 to 7, but with some planning, your workouts and chores can fit in perfectly. Joining my online workout library means you can hop on your mat anytime, no parking or petrol needed! Roll out your mat in a cosy corner with soft lighting (candles and plants help) and keep a blanket nearby for post-workout relaxation. Set some boundariesโ€”even with the pets! A small alarm clock can help you truly switch off and be present.

Keep warm, hydrated, and enjoy colourful, nourishing soups. Next week, we'll chat about protein! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒŸ
