Floating between sky and water…
then ending the day with feet in the sand, watching the sun melt into the sea.

This is your reminder to pause.
To soften.
To let the day flow gently.

Grateful to be here. 🤍

First day!

Today is about arriving—not just physically, but energetically. Unclenching. Unrushing. Unplugging.

Retreat rule #1: You don’t have to be productive here. You just have to be present.

There’s something powerful about revisiting a place that has already held transformation. The land remembers. The body remembers.

This Ayurvedic beach sanctuary holds something truly special. The ocean just steps away. Lush healing gardens.

That warm, gracious welcome that makes you feel remembered.

I can’t wait for everyone to arrive and feel this magic for themselves.

At the heart of the practice is self-awareness, not mirror-awareness.

It is about how I feel, not how I look. I try hard to teach from that place where I encourage looking inside.

Sadly, we live in a world where the emphasis can become "look at me." "I’m so strong... I feel and look amazing because I do yoga...be like me!"

It’s human and easy to get into that mindset! How do we step away from self-comparison and move toward compassion?
The answer is in the practice... it is! We just need to keep looking. 🧘✨

What’s your go-to reset?✨

If I’m quiet, I’m self-regulating 😞

Emotions get acknowledged and hopefully not unleashed.

Catch me after food, water, and a nap 😄

I’m not naturally built for moderation. I’m high-strung. A doer. Always moving, always creating.

And yet… the only time I feel truly powerful is when I find balance.

Between doing and resting.
Between moving and restoring.
Between nourishing my body and occasionally indulging in my favourites.

Finding that middle ground isn’t easy—but it’s where true power begins. 💫 Would you agree?

How do you find the sweet spot between chaos and inner stillness? ⚖️

Even when things look calm on the outside, there can be a storm raging in our minds.

For me, Yoga Asana is my sanctuary. Moving meditation brings my body and mind together like nothing else—it’s where the noise finally fades out.

What is your leveller? How do you come back to yourself? Tell me in the comments. 👇✨

Yoga isn’t about forcing shapes.

It’s about making sense of your body.

Our modern lives need intelligent movement,
where science meets spirituality — not as opposites, but as a continuum.

move with awareness,
so your body feels supported
and your mind can find its happy place.
