Out of the blue life has a way of throwing curve balls at you. Or in my case a rare subarachnoid haemorrhage! Apparently I had an unseen aneurysm in one of my blood vessels waiting to burst. Which it did Tuesday 23rd Sept after lifting weights 🤷‍♀️. It’s not fully understood as a condition so super healthy are not immune.
I’ve been under the amazing care of the NHS USH hospital specialist Neurology team which have operated and stopped said vessel from any repeat.
It’s been hard core to say the least. Functioning as normal is exhausting and I’m on bed rest for at least the next couple of months.
However my yoga community, friends and family have been incredible with so much support and love and I feel v v blessed and grateful from all of my heart ❤️ www.kikiwellness.co.uk

Classes are covered by some of my wonderful fellow teacher so I’m so glad we can keep going. Please book in as soon as you can to come and experience some incredible and wonderful teachers.

Thank you & for the nostalgic neon Ibiza night! What a blast! Dancing our feet off, singing the tunes & laughing with besties, in a wonderful marquee, with fellow fans and families of all ages. Everyone in a happy festival vibe. And even managed to be home and tucked up in bed by a respectable midnight! Here’s to next year…

This gorgeously sunny, sweet, honeysuckle and grass scent of the LINDEN tree🌳 or Lime flower blossom literally stopped me in my tracks on my run through Petworth Park this morning! It was heavenly to smell. Being in flower now you can often smell it on the wind.

The flowers have incredible health benefits, having been used through history including the Romans who planted the Linden trees in the centre of towns as it was believed they induce a calming effect. An infusion was often referred to as “the nectar of kings” because of its health giving properties:

- full of antioxidants so boosting the immune system
-helping prevent chronic disease
-calming and sedative effects
- aids digestion
-reduces colds, flu and other such viruses.

Our beautiful and natural world is utterly wonderful and gives us so much... 💚🌳🍃

☀️Join and I for a magical gathering to celebrate the summer. Practicing yoga & witnessing sounds of nature and embracing a healing crystal bowl sound bath on a hill in Petworth Park.

☀️DRESS in solstice colours of yellows, orange, & reds, evoking warmth and the energy of the sun. WEAR flowers, perhaps a floral crown.

☀️We gather together, our CIRCLE reminding us of the cycle of life and the beauty found in every stage of growth.
☀️FEAST : our ceremony will end with a slice of summer berry cake and hibiscus tea.
☀️GIFT: receive a gift of wild flowers and herbs to use and a small pot of honey in honour of our industrious bees who symbolise community, productivity and remind us of the sweetness found in collective.
