Bowen is an effective, non-invasive alternative therapy. It is applied by using gentle pressure and a series of rolling hand movements to specific points of the body. Moves are made over fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments, which activate the lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems. Treatments help to alleviate symptoms, form the correct alignment and prompt the mind and body to heal as a whole.

During the treatment, clients often feel a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. There are resting periods during the treatment to allow the Body time to absorb all the work.
