Core Vitality

Core Vitality Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture & Naturopathy Further to Naturopathy, Leslie is qualified in Acupuncture & Qigong Tuina massage.

The Core Vitality naturopathic approach to health and well-being is a transformative and empowering process for people who want to create a more balanced and vigorous way of living for themselves. At the heart of this process lies the principle of the vis medicatrix naturae - the healing power of nature - and the belief that good health is the result of a harmonious relationship between the body a

nd its environment. Further to naturopathy Core Vitality includes Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture to enable optimal health for mind and body. The focus of any naturopathic/acupuncture treatment is to increase the vitality of the individual, and to remove any obstructions, chemical, physical or psychological, which may be interfering with the normal functioning and internal harmony of the organs and tissues. The aim is to restore and promote the body’s own functional ability through the usage of gentle but powerful methods which are tailored to each individual. Therapies used within the naturopathic assessment and treatment plan are:
Acupuncture
Qigong tuina massage
Hydrotherapy
Dietary therapy
Lymphatic drainage
Therapeutic massage
Sound Therapy
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Flower essences
Tissue salts
Lifestyle advice
Meditation and Breathing techniques
