This is me with my big brother Deno.
He was a year older than me and we were playmates when we were kids - black eyes, play fights and adventures galore.
Deno was always faster than me, stronger than me and far more handsome than me.
Then one day he was weaker than me and slower than me.
And MS took its toll on this beautful, funny, eccentric and talented man.
He dies aged 42 in 2012. In the end his death was a mercy but that did not make it any easier for any of us, especially my lovely Mum and Dad who have borne his death with wisdom and grace.
He is at the heart of what we do at CBD One and he is missed every day.
