Welcome to Stress Away, my name is Anna and I have worked in the Healthcare industry for over 20 years. My background has been general and mental health nursing, I have worked with most sectors gaining a vast knowledge of specialist conditions. I hold qualifications Ito a high level in Dementia Care and understand how massage can help alleviate anxiety. I have worked with this suffering with mental health, learning disabilities, physical and emotional health concerns. I left nursing to become a Health and Social Care Assessor where I have worked in this industry teaching for 4 years. I have taught everyone from those new to care right through to Managers.
