Weekly video - Choosing your meditation
Everything can be made into a meditation, your life is your yoga.
Work with what you got, strengthen what you are already able to do, like the roots of a tree. This sturdy foundation will spark interest to try different things to see what else will work, much like the branches.
Like I mentioned in a previous video, consciously breathing works for me however sitting still has always been quite hard. I began bringing this conscious breathing practice onto the train, or as I'm reading a book, even while bouldering. After a while it allowed me the space and calmness to be able to sit without the constant turning cogs in my mind to interrupt the stillness. Honour yourself.
