T A Ellement & Son & E Spark isn’t something Ross and I simply run… we put our whole lives, our hearts, and everything we have into it.

Every day, we walk alongside families at the most difficult time of their lives. There is no switch off. No “end of the day.” The responsibility, the emotion, the privilege of what we do… stays with us always.

But this is not just about us.

Behind every funeral, every family, every quiet moment of support… stands an incredible team. And truly… we would not be who we are without them. 🤍

Our staff are the heart and soul of everything we do. Their kindness, their compassion, their quiet strength… it never goes unnoticed. They give so much of themselves, day and night, without hesitation—supporting families, supporting each other, and standing beside us every step of the way. We are endlessly proud and incredibly grateful to call them not just our team, but our family.

Ross is not only an exceptional Funeral Director, but the strength behind everything we do. Calm, dedicated, and unwavering—he ensures every funeral is carried out with the utmost dignity and care. He is also my greatest support, standing beside me through every challenge, every long day, and every emotional moment this profession brings.

As for me… as a Funeral Director and Arranger, I support our families every step of the way while also overseeing the business to ensure everything we do reflects the care and standards we believe in.

Together, we are more than colleagues. We are one family, united by compassion, respect, and a shared promise—to give every single person the dignity they deserve.

This work is not easy. It’s emotional. It’s relentless. It asks everything of you. But it is also the greatest honour we could ever be given.

To be trusted with someone’s loved one… is something we will never, ever take for granted.

✨ Today was a very special day… ✨

Our Easter Bunny visited residents at care homes and Michael Sobell Hospice, bringing smiles, laughter, and even a few happy tears.

Moments like these remind us that joy has no age limit. 🤍

🎁 Eggs were also delivered to many more homes across our community—spreading a little Easter magic far and wide.

And we’re not finished yet… deliveries continue this Tuesday! 🐣
