The Northwood Club is hosting the event “Cycle 4 Colnbrook” (special needs school), an exciting Charity SPINATHON featuring their very own, expert instructors all from within the luxury surroundings of their beautiful Club!

Proceeds from this event will directly benefit Colnbrook Special Needs Primary School, in Oxhey.

Spatium Clinic is delighted to support the event and you will have the opportunity to win one of our Gift certificates on the day among other raffle prizes.
The Northwood Club are keen to invite Spatium’s customers to share this special day, which will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the Club's luxury facilities all day long!! If that wasn't enough, in celebration of Colnbrook School, The Northwood Club are also offering Spatium Clinic customers the chance to buy membership with NO JOINING FEE until the end of March 2018!

Given popular demand for Cycle 4 Colnbrook, each bike can be booked for one-hour slots at a minimum of £20 sponsorship for each hour (this is a 4-hour ride in total). Riders will also enjoy free fruit platter snacks, a delicious lunch post event, *special prize draws and lots more surprises on the day! Best of all, your spinning will take the children of Colnbrook closer to their goal for new play equipment. "Roy Meshaka"
Born into London in 1993 and raised in a mid-eastern home, mindfulness and meditation has always been a part in Roy’sconditioning. Holding a great power to connect with people Roy provides a space, a stage, for a person to express their needs or troubles with judgement put aside and ego left at the door. There is a sense comfort and openness within his presence delivering a wider perspective through his intelligence and spiritual growth,bringing healing for your greatest good.

Roy is a trained and experienced Reiki practitioner (level 2) and training to be a Reiki Master. Continuously passing on joy and wisdom, he speaks from his higher self.

Through the career of being a Chef, connecting and preparing ingredients, his dishesare energised with love and intention. The ritual of preparing and eating food has been lost through the convenience of living in a fast-paced city and Roy teaches us how to bring that connection back. With greater connectioncomes greater healing, in all areas.

Fun, colourful and a bit of looney toon, you can find wisdom, knowledge, peace and joy in Roy’s teachings.

The therapy time is separate from the talk/conclusion before and after the session which Roy invites you to be a part of as a process of reflection.
