Prescription Requests must be in writing, whether by written note, letter, email or by handing in your repeat prescription reorder form. ๐Ÿšจ A quick update from the practice ๐Ÿšจ

Due to a combination of staff illness and annual leave, we are currently working with a skeleton crew throughout this week. While we are doing everything we can to keep services running safely, appointment availability is unfortunately more limited than usual.

For safety reasons, we cannot increase the capacity of our clinicians, which includes our doctors, nurses, and physician associate, beyond safe working limits. Patient safety must always come first, even during periods of high demand.

We completely understand how frustrating delays and limited appointments can be, and we truly appreciate your patience and kindness towards our team during this challenging time. Our staff are continuing to work incredibly hard to support patients and keep services running safely.

Please be reassured that we will always do our very best to accommodate patients who genuinely need urgent medical attention ๐Ÿšจ.

You can help us by:
โ€ข Using pharmacies for minor illnesses where appropriate
โ€ข Cancelling appointments you no longer need
โ€ข Attending appointments on time
โ€ข Being patient with reception staff, who are doing their very best to help everyone fairly
