Weโve noticed a rise in rudeness toward our admin team, especially during busy morning calls for same-day appointments. We completely understand the frustration. Itโs stressful when youโre unwell and trying to get through, but our staff are doing their best to help everyone, as quickly and kindly as they can.
๐งโโ๏ธ No two calls are the same. Some patients need more time or support, as youโll see in this short video.

2๏ธโฃ ๐๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐จ ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ค ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ? We're not being nosey, it helps us get you to the ๐๐๐โ๐ก clinician. That might be a GP, but it could also be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Associate. We can provide better care when we use our full team efficiently.

This isnโt to make things difficult itโs so we can pass accurate information to the duty GP, who will decide what action needs to be taken in the very limited time they have between patients.
