Karen Downie at WholePerson HealthCare I practice from home in Pitlochry (PH16) Perthshire, accessible from the A9. Sessions are usually 1 hour. Slightly longer for a first visit. I am fully insured.

Working with CranioSacral Therapy and Therapeutic Massage, both whole body therapies, as well as SomatoEmotional Release and Counselling, I aim to guide you towards relief from physical and other stress. I studied massage with The Scottish School of Professional Massage and CranioSacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute UK. Out of hours appointments can be arranged on request. Prices range from £40 to £50 Less for children
