This coming Sunday 12th May is the Marsworth FUN RUN ! And the sun will be shining again!! Weather forecast is 20 degrees! Warm up will be done by Heather and Erica from JogOn (See picture), our fun marshals will be cheering you along and cake will be waiting at finish line for ALL runners! A perfect day in London finished off with an Uber boat on the Thames!! Cycled 16k around Mayfair, Kensington etc and all the main landmarks… such fun 🤩😍

Autumnal supper! Little round, orange courgettes grown locally!
After our interval running session Heather from appeared with a box full of homegrown veggies! Yum,yum, yum and such a beautiful veg!
Orange vegetables contain beta-carotene which is a precursor for Vitamin A. This supports immunity, eye health, skin health and reproduction!

Mix of roasted veg: sweet potatoes, fennel, red onion, garlic, tenderstem broccoli, beetroot, Brussels sprouts and corn on the cob… flavoured with thyme and jerk spices. This is an explosion of antioxidants

Bucks county show!! What fun! The biggest parsnips, best dahlias, strong highland cows, curly-haired sheep, clever sheepdog, beautiful foxhounds….. and so on… and on. Great food stalls, happy people, top company! Incredible day 🤩😍🐑🥕🐮🌸🧅 !!
