My name is Vicki & I am massively into improving your mental health.

I improve mine through running & meditation. I got heavily into meditation nearly 6 years ago after being put on medication for anxiety.

Here I am today not taking that prescribed medication, running 4/5 times a week & meditating every single god damn day.
In fact knowing how fantastic it is for your mental health I have now been facilitating meditation sessions for 2 years & have an amazing group of ladies who also love to embrace the wonderful benefits it brings.

If you would like to come & join us ? Have never tried it before? Maybe a little shy? Please just come, we will make you feel welcome & safe.

I have a session tomorrow Saturday 2nd Aug at 10am oakwood.marina alternatively it’s 2nd Sept lachdennisvillagehall 7.30pm
