✨EFT / Tapping is a fantastic mindfulness tool to help us to acknowledge how we feel and give a voice to our emotions. EFT can help us to release fear, stress, anxiety, discomfort and other overwhelming emotions, so we instead can become more relaxed, focused, make better decisions and create a better mental health.✨
✨Research studies by Dr. Peta Stapleton and Dawson Church show how group EFT showed better cortisol reduction than individual EFT, suggesting that group dynamics might amplify the biological stress reduction benefits of EFT. The study confirmed that group EFT is a powerful, brief treatment for reducing stress markers.✨
