Happy New (calendar)Year Yogis! My booking app still wont allow people to book on to classes. Not exactly helpful, I have set up a WhatsApp group for easier communication. Please do message if you wish to be added, its working quite well so far! (Crosses fingers, not holding my breath!) 🙏🏼

This small human loves trees! Her spatial awareness is on point and her decision making really firing up! Her physical strength, balance and coordination all playing a roll to get her up and down safely… why? Why not?
I hear people all the time telling children to be careful, get down, you’ll hurt yourself! They might, but chances are they will learn how to move their bodies safely and have fun.

Whatever path you take , make sure it’s your own. It’s never straight, often hard but the journey is always worth it! Looking forward to teaching again next week, hope all you yogis are still practicing…..
