Delivered with Christmas Spirit! 🚚❤️

And... they’re out! Today, our dedicated support team has been on the road delivering 45 complete Christmas dinners to individuals across our own community.

For many of the people we support, this isn't just a meal—it’s a reminder that their community cares about them. Because of your donations and the incredible generosity of a few, 45 people who would have otherwise struggled will now enjoy a full festive feast.

The final tally: 🍗 45 Turkey & Gammon dinners 🥕 All the trimmings (and plenty of smiles!)
Teamwork really has made this dream work. Thank you for helping us turn a big goal into a reality.

♨️ Ovens: OFF. Hearts: FULL.
That’s a wrap on the Big Picture Care Group kitchen for 2025! After a marathon day of peeling, roasting, and packing, the ovens are officially OFF.

Every single one of the 45 meals is a true, home-cooked feast made with ingredients fresh from the fields. Each plate is piled high with:
* 🦃 The Mains: Succulent Turkey and Gammon.
* 🥔 The Trimmings: Crispy Roast Potatoes, Stuffing, and fluffy Yorkshire Puddings.
* 🥕 The Veg: Swede, Carrots, Parsnips, Brocoli, Cauliflower and festive Red Cabbage.
* 🟢 The Controversy: Love them or hate them... the dreaded Brussel Sprout!
* 🥣 The Finish: Plenty of rich Gravy to tie it all together.
There's deserts, snacks and even a cheeky coffee to keep you awake and out of a food coma.

Moving from 24 meals last year to 45 this year was a massive undertaking, but seeing these boxes lined up and ready to go makes every second in the kitchen worth it.

What’s next?
The cooking is done, and the best part begins! Tomorrow morning, our dedicated team hits the road to deliver these festive feasts across the BPCG community, ensuring 45 people feel the warmth of a proper Christmas dinner.

🎄 Christmas Dinner Appeal Update: We Did It!

Last year, we were so proud to deliver 24 Christmas dinners to the vulnerable individuals in the Big Picture Care Group community. This year, the need grew to 45 people, and once again, our own community showed up in a big way.

The Great News
We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully fundraised enough to cover all the gifts, Turkey, and Gammon!

A Massive Thank you
While we had the mains covered, we still needed a hand with the finishing touches. A huge shoutout to our local heroes who came to the rescue today by donating all the vegetables and sides needed to make these meals complete:

Tomorrow: Our kitchen will be buzzing! It’s a full day of cooking and packing.

Wednesday: Our dedicated team will be out on the road delivering these festive meals to ensure they are ready for the big day.

🎳🎁 ​We had an absolute BLAST today! 🤩

​The Big Picture Care Group held our FIRST EVER Christmas Bowling Event, and it was filled with festive fun and so much cheer!
We were thrilled to be joined by so many wonderful people who brought their A-game and their Christmas spirit!

​But the real highlight? 🎅 Santa himself heard the jingles and came straight to the lanes to give out some early Christmas presents! What a perfect way to kick off the season.

🚨 CODE RED: GRINCH ALERT! 🚨

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the office! 🎄✨ The trees are going up and the tinsel is out (as you can see, some of us are literally drowning in it! 😂).

However, we have a small problem... we’ve detected a few Grinches on the team who are resisting the holiday spirit! 💚😒

We need YOUR help! 🫵 We are officially recruiting agents of cheer. If you visit the office and see anyone not getting into the spirit of Christmas, you have our full permission to: 1️⃣ Serenade them with loud Christmas carols 🎶 2️⃣ Sprinkle them with sparkles and cheer ✨ 3️⃣ Generally annoy them with festivity until they crack a smile!

At Big Picture Care Group, we are doing our bit to give back this festive season, but we have been absolutely blown away by this incredible initiative. These folks have gone way above and beyond!

The finalists of Homecare’s Got Talent have united to release a special charity single. Their goal? To spread Christmas cheer and raise vital funds for The Care Workers’ Charity.
