Hi, I’m Rachel 👋
From 30th October, I’ll be holding yoga classes at the Plymouth Wellbeing Centre in Estover.

I teach Vinyasa Krama Yoga — a mindful, progressive approach to practice that’s welcoming to all levels and all bodies. Together, we’ll explore how yoga can support both your body and your mind. 💫

🧘‍♀️ Class Times:

Thursdays at 7:30pm

Saturdays at 8:00am

🪑 POSE SPOTLIGHT: Chair Pose (Utkatasana)

Chair Pose is one of those sneaky poses… it looks simple, but wow—it works your whole body! 💪

This standing posture builds strength, focus, and stamina from the ground up.
It wakes up the legs, lights up the core, and invites you to breathe steadily even when your thighs are having words with you 😅

✨ What it supports:
— Building heat and strength in the body
— Anchoring into the legs and feet
— Learning to stay calm and focused while holding intensity

This pose is a little reminder that you can do difficult things—and smile while doing them.

Modify it. Adjust it. Rest when you need.
But know that every time you rise into Chair Pose, you’re building something powerful
