A 15-20 minute one to one live meditation (on any topic that you choose) that's tailored to you. It's also recorded so you can listen to the meditation again and again whenever you need it.

We will have a chat before and then another afterwards so allow about 45mins to an hour for the session.

At this time of year I like to do a twelve month tarot card spread for myself to see what’s coming in if I continue on my current path.
If I’m at a crossroads I also redo it to see what the next year might look like if I take a different route.
It does take a bit of time but it’s incredibly helpful. Have you ever done one? Maybe this is the year to try and let me know how you get on.

I’m thinking of running a free online spiritual circle once a month, but am aware that I’ve got followers and customers all over the world which makes the timing tricky.

If you’d be interested would you prefer around midday GMT time or evening GMT time (around 8pm). Or another time? Weekend daytime maybe?

I think a bit more time connecting to the earth is in order for me. How about you?

I often see posts on spiritual groups trying to say that if you can see one of those magic eye pictures then it helps you develop your third eye. That always makes me wince!

I think they're trying to say that the third eye is about seeing things differently and opening your mind up to other possibilities, but that's really not what it's about.

Your third eye is located in the central part between your eyebrows and is a chakra point (one of the connecting points in to your spiritual energy). It is not about seeing with your eyes, it is about connecting with your energy and translating the energy patterns you pick up. Yes sometimes that results in images, but often it's about getting information through knowings/feelings/energy shifts.

I remember when I did my Reiki 1 training (I'm now a Reiki master) and during the attunements I had such a strong opening of my third eye it was as if someone had put a mini spinning plate on my forehead! Now I get it when I'm connected in to spirit/energy and that feeling acts like a signal to me that I am working on a different level to what I was before I connected in.

Apparently I smile a lot but I feel better when I do so I shall continue!
