Incredible progress from our amazing Tor at her latest review:

⬇️ 13.7kg lost
⬇️ 45.5cm down in total measurements
⬇️ 1.2% body fat
⬇️ 1 unit visceral fat
⬆️ Hydration levels improved
➡️ Bone mass maintained
⬆️ 0.7kg increase in lean muscle mass

What a transformation – not just in numbers, but in mindset too. Tor says she’s "feeling inspired"… and it's easy to see why. The energy, the commitment, the smile – all speak volumes.

Why? Because no matter how hard you train, if your nutrition isn’t aligned with your goals, progress will always feel like an uphill battle.

That’s why we focus on creating personalised nutrition plans that work for you—designed around your lifestyle, time commitments, and the way you love to move. Whether you’re smashing it in the gym, out running, walking the dog, or something in between, we make sure your diet fuels your journey.

For me, one thing I’ve learned is this:
Wellbeing shouldn’t feel like a chore.
If it does, it won’t stick.

You’ve got to find a way to move that feels fun, inspiring, and a little bit challenging too.

But lasting fitness and health?
It’s about so much more than hitting the gym.

It’s how you fuel your body.

In our city, the healthy life expectancy for men is only in the late 50s.
That means too many of us are spending the final 15–20 years of life in decline.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Take a step back today and ask yourself:

Am I fuelling my body right?

Am I treating myself with respect?

Am I surrounded by people who lift me up?

If not—no shame, no judgment.
