Thai Foot Massage - Accredited Training

Thai Foot Massage is a deeply relaxing and effective treatment that combines traditional Thai techniques with reflexology principles to support the whole body.

This accredited course focuses on:

Working the feet and lower legs using hands, thumbs and a traditional Thai stick

Improving circulation, relaxation and overall wellbeing

The course includes 1 day of practical training, online learning and case studies, and is taught in a small, supportive group.

Had a lovely day today with LaMar Wellness&Beauty teaching Reflexology to Support the Emotions and now it is time to check out ready for my hols.

To say the start to 2026 has been stressful is a slight understatement 🤣

I am working from home tomorrow tying up loose ends and I am away from 1st to 12th May.

See you when I get back (hopefully rejuvenated and super chilled 😁)

Recent student Rachel is launching her new treatment 🥰

Pregnancy massage, I'd have loved it when I was pregnant with my 3 girls!

I have worked with babies, children and families for over 20 years. I finished my career as an Outstanding Ofsted childminder. I was thrilled as i'd worked so hard for it.

Unfortunately having chondramalacia patella ended my career. And I decided to go back into my therapies. I was doing this alongside my childminding for a while. And here I am.

I love all that I do, but my heart has a real pull to help with fertility and maternity reflexology (still qualifying with level 4 advanced techniques) and pregnancy massage.

I guess working with families for so many years it has a special place in my heart.

I have my last case study booked in on Friday. My work can then go off for assessment.

I am taking bookings from June for this beautiful relaxing treatment that will help with all the things pregnancy brings.

🌻Please note, if you are having extra care for your pregnancy or are under the care of a consultant, I will need their okay for a massage to go ahead.

Exciting times! Can't wait to get this started!

I will be offering Korean lash lifts from the 20th May- you will need to have a new patch test as I will be using different products 🖤🖤

Our VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies is perfect for beginners or therapists wishing to consolidate their existsting skills and qualifications. Courses are run on a roll on/roll off basis which makes them incredibly flexible - you could literally get started now!

It's been long day of practical assessments and exams.

I am delighted to say that everyone passed today 🧡

It's always bittersweet when a student passes their final assessment. Proper happy for them but I do get a bit attached and hate saying goodbye 😞
