You can find me every friday at the Plymouth Well-being Centre in Estover, and one Tuesday every month at the Plympton Therapy rooms in Woodford.

I’m excited to share that I will starting at Plympton Therapy Rooms in Woodford on Tuesday 3rd February and I have one space left at 3pm if anyone would like to book this space. 💆‍♀️✨

This will be alongside my regular Fridays at the Wellbeing Centre in Estover, giving more flexibility and a new local option for clients in different areas.

It’s a calm, welcoming space and I’m really looking forward to welcoming new clients from Plympton and the surrounding areas who are looking to relax, rebalance, and support their wellbeing naturally 🌿

I’m excited to offer another taster day to banish those winter blues, on Friday 23rd January- for new clients only.

Choose one30 minute treatment to have :
• Reflexology
• Reiki
• Indian Head Massage

This is a one-day offer for new clients only, and spaces will go quickly – appointments are first come, first served, so please leave your name, treatment you would like to try and if you want AM or PM in the comments and I will message you to book!

🌿 A Little Update from Me 🌿

Hi everyone, I just wanted to pop on here to say a quick apology for not following up about my next Taster Day. I had every intention of organising one for this month but I’ve recently moved house and life has been a bit of a whirlwind! 🏡✨

Now that things are settling down, I’ve decided to plan my next Taster Day for January, giving us all something lovely to look forward to in the new year. I will post a date very soon.
