This is a key role supporting the smooth running of care services — managing rotas, responding to last-minute changes, supporting care staff, liaising with families, and making sure visits are delivered safely and on time.

You’ll need great communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a strong understanding of care standards and compliance.

This Christmas, we were absolutely blown away by the response to our Christmas Card Competition. Every year at Smeaton Healthcare, we invite our customers to take part in our annual Christmas Card Competition, and it’s one of our favourite traditions — a lovely way to celebrate the season together and share some festive cheer.

This year, we received so many wonderful entries, each one filled with creativity, festive spirit, and heart – choosing just one winner was no easy task.
