💜 What an incredible first week of our Slimming World Clothes Throw!
Our amazing community has been out in full force, with collection points at Southway, Plymstock, Plympton and Future Inn, and together you’ve already helped us gather well over a thousand bags for Cancer Research UK.
That’s a thousand bags of hope, support and life‑changing research… and we’re only just getting started.

Congratulations to local lad Alex and consultant Slimming world with Lauren Plymouth we’ll all be cheering you on!! 👏👏👏

At his heaviest, Alex struggled with everyday activities – like walking, playing with his kids and being on his feet all day at work 💔. With his wife’s support, he joined his local Slimming World group and turned his life around 🙌!

Now 4st 3.5lbs (27kg) lighter, Alex has bags of energy for activity – which is lucky, as this month he’ll be running all 26.2 miles of the London Marathon in aid of Cancer Research UK 🤗.
