The first 2 workbooks are done in readiness for Wednesday 7th January when we begin a new year of mental wellbeing sessions.
Based at Plymouth Wellbeing Centre at 1.00pm and also going online at 7.30pm.
All resources will be available after the each session in your own membership portal so you can access them if you can’t make it.

We’re going online !!

Struggling with midlife overwhelm?

It is with great sadness that Sharon will no longer be working at UTriBe Therapies. Unfortunately her consultant has told her to step away from the nail industry due to medical reasons. This was unforeseen but health must always come first.
