Many of you know that I’m also going into coaching, as I notice how difficult it is to live a fulfilled and contended life in the current climate.

I will be concentrating on mindfulness and mental wellbeing as we navigate the turmoil and pressures of everyday life.

The first journaling course was a huge success which has seen the attendees start to shift their mindset - so from June there will be a daytime and evening course.

This certification was purely for me to grasp the differences between coaching and counselling so that I can help by staying within my remit and not make matters worse for you.

I will be coaching and not counselling. If you need a counsellor then Tracy Ede Counselling is based within Plymouth Wellbeing Centre and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

We’ve had a lovely break for Easter, I will be answering everyone’s messages over the next couple of days 🫶

4 people have notified me today about cancellations for today and tomorrow.
The notice periods given were 8 hours, 25 hours, 26 hours and less than 1 hour! This makes it very difficult for me to fill your empty spaces.

Unfortunately I cannot sustain this level of lost income when my books are full and cannot take on any new clients.
I like to think of myself as quite an understanding person but I am running a business and have bills to pay before I take a wage. Again I cannot afford to loose the income of 4 appointments in 2 days, if I could I would only be working part time.

It saddens me that I now have to implement a no show and cancellation policy.

No shows and less that 24 hours notice will incur the full charge.
36 to 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

I will print out a copy of the cancellation policy over the Easter weekend and hand to you at your next appointments.

This post saddens me as it’s something I’ve not wanted to do but feel I no longer have a choice.
