We believe every young person deserves to feel engaged, interested and inspired. That’s why our sessions might include:
🎨 Messy play
👃 Sensory activities
🍳 Cooking
⚽ Sports and movement etc

All while weaving in those core skills like maths and English in ways that make sense and feel meaningful.

Because when learning is fun and relevant, understanding (and confidence!) grows. 🌱✨

We’ve been reflecting on the previous year and some of the beautiful moments amongst our young people…

🤝 Teamwork isn’t always easy - especially for our students, who may have found working with others difficult in the past.

That’s why moments like this are so powerful. Watching our young people support one another, share ideas, and celebrate success together shows just how much growth is happening every day. 🌟

It’s not “just” teamwork - it’s confidence, connection, and progress. And that’s something we love to celebrate. 💜

Poles APart AP is looking for a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at the Tiverton site.

📍 Location: Tiverton
📅 Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in education management
✅ SEN experience and previous SLT or leadership experience (desirable)
✅ Confident in overseeing qualifications/ exams (desirable)
✅ Strong leadership skills to mentor and manage staff
✅ Ability to engage in multi-agency meetings and uphold safeguarding standards
✅ Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK

Poles APart AP is looking for a dedicated and passionate Key Worker to join our team, supporting children and young people across Key Stages 1 to 4 (Years 1 to 11). This is an opportunity to make a real difference, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing, supportive environment.

📍 Location: Plymouth & Exeter
📅 Term Time: 39 weeks
💰 Salary: £19,878 - £20k

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must be willing to work with children and young people across KS1 to KS4
✅ Flexibility & Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
✅ Communication & Teamwork: Strong ability to engage with young people, families, and external agencies
✅ Safeguarding & Resilience: Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence in managing challenging situations
✅ Driving Licence & Own Vehicle: Use of a car and business insurance preferred
✅ Right to Work in the UK: Must have the right to work without sponsorship
