🗻Our mountaineer has gone mountaineering again. 🗻

Many of our morning crew will have seen this lady training.
Strong, fit and functional. A lone ranger, content with a Kettlebell or sled in her hands.
Natalie Hunt is in the Atlas Mountains, North Africa, on it’s highest peak - Mount Toubkal. It’s another summit in the bag for Natalie.

“It’s a super steep climb, like 16 hours on the step machine. Altitude wise it was easy as not as high as many others I’ve scaled. Great going up - brutal on the knees coming down!”

Jero’s clients Kate and Margaret competed at the powerlifting Cornwall qualifier Sunday 27th April. Both took first place in their respective age and weight classes and achieved national championships qualification at the same time! Now looking forward to Nationals in July 😃💪🏼

We’re proud to announce that Toby, one of our personal trainers here at Nuffield Health Plymouth, has been featured in Women’s Health magazine! In his article, he shares some tips and tricks on how to prepare for your next Hyrox race

With 12 Hyrox races under his belt, including a 1st place finish in Katowice and 2nd in Malaga, Toby knows exactly how to fine-tune training in the lead-up to race day. He’s also a three-time Hyrox World Championship qualifier, currently preparing to compete in both the solo and doubles divisions at the next World Championships in Chicago. 🇺🇸
