We are massively proud to announce The Clean Sheet alongside The Danny Halfpenny Foundation we will be taking over Plymouth Argyle Football Club on Monday 4th May!!

Myself & Ben Wildman will be putting together an over 30s team to take on a travelling side lead by Curtis Crockett travelling down from Birmingham on behalf of the foundation!

The Danny Halfpenny foundation is Birmingham based and do similar work to in which we do across the southwest!

We are massively excited to have this event! Sponsorship opportunities for the day and kit will be made available shortly!

Alongside this tickets will be made available for the day with funds being split between both organisations! 💚💚

Below is Paul Lewis the son of Allen Lewis who is a massive patron of what we do. They will spend this season without his darling mother and wife Sheena who was an absolute diamond for the first time. We thought it was poignant it was only Paul that delivered our Christmas message ❤️

Someone you know is preparing for their first Christmas without their husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter or son. Others are preparing for their last.

Regardless of the specifics, remember that this season of joy is often times a season of sorrow for many. Be kind, be generous, give love, give help; if nothing else, just don't give people a hard time.

Tomorow is the day! The Clean Sheet Rhys Hammacott 5 year anniversary day!

It has been stressful but we are hoping it will be worth it with lots of smiles and lots of goals!!

On Saturday we have a jam packed day of festive fun! Leon Brooks has worked tiredly to make sure our children’s tournament is ready to go!!

South Coast Coffee will be in attendance to make sure everyone is hydrated and fed! Hopefully we don’t sell them out this year!!

We would also like to welcome Callie Harper as our official clean sheet photographer not just only for Saturday but from now on capturing the special moments.

Just over one week away from the 5th year celebrations of the The Clean Sheet Rhys Hammacott Memorial Day!!

It has been stressful but we are hoping it will be worth it with lots of smiles and lots of goals!!

5 years ago today I set up a page on Facebook to raise awareness on all things mental health. I never thought what I set up that day would become such a massive part of not only my life but my girls life also. If I was told 5 years ago we would have national recognition, award winners and helped 100s of people and even to be on sky sports and open a national construction awards night i would have laughed.

Thankyou to everyone who attend our Friday night talk and play sessions, who has helped print T-shirts, thankyou to our sponsors, thankyou to who have let us in to talk on our tours and even letting me vent to you! Most importantly Thankyou to both my girls Chloe and Ava for helping even when they don’t realise they are!

I’m now a qualified mental health instructor and we are going in the right direction

For everyone we have helped over the past 5 years, keep on fighting the fight and remember it’s okay not to be okay!
