👉 We check on the individual’s overall health, physical restrictions or difficulties to perform daily tasks at work. This may include strength, flexibility and endurance assessments;

👉 We assess job capability to identify if any accommodations or modifications are required to facilitate their return to work;

👉 We communicate the Return to Work Health Assessment to the individual and employer with recommendations;

👉 We help create a Return to Work Plan. The plan may include a phased return to work, modified duties and any support required for the transition back to work.
