Daisy Chains Healthcare LTD is a healthcare provision providing a safe place for vulnerable adults with disabilities and additional needs including dementia. We pride ourselves on having a person-cantered approach to care, where clients, staff, and the local community work together.
We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our growing team. Someone who embraces a person-cantered care approach, excels in communication (both written and verbal), and has experience in a similar role. Attention to detail is also important to ensure the highest standards of care.
As the Care Manager, you will lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services that align with regulations, best practices, policies, and procedures.
🌼Qualifications and Experience:
• Holding a minimum Level 3 qualification in Leadership and
🌼Management.
• IT literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
electronic records.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
