We use research-led techniques within the sports therapy & rehabilitation industry to improve sporting performance and quality of life to our clients. Regan Miles BSc, GST, MSTO, graduated the University of St Mark & St John with a degree in BSc Sports Therapy (Hons). Regan has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked with high-performance athletes throughout university and continued to upon graduation. Regan is a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), the UK’s number 1 professional association for Sports Therapists. Regan is a qualified FA Level 2 football coach, and has experience working with one of the South-West’s largest grassroots sides, who boast a trophy cabinet of League and County Championships & are 5x National Champions across different ages. Regan has used his coaching experiences and knowledge of the game to adapt late-stage and return to play rehabilitation, aiming to make the demands more game-realistic and challenging for the individual. Regan’s experience within professional football with Plymouth Argyle FC and more recently, Torquay United FC, has provided a wealth of knowledge on injury rehabilitation, pitch side first aid management, and the well-being of professional athletes. Within a clinical setting, we host a wide-range of differing clientele, ranging from sporting professionals, semi-professional football players, to others wanting to lose the aches and pains. We host a number of professional boxing athletes, who frequently using our services to recover from intense training, and prepare for upcoming events.
