Sunday is such an easy day to stay focused and on plan as I have this to look forward to 🤪

Quite frankly, and I hope this doesn’t offend, but if I over ate during the day I’d be so annoyed at myself as I’d struggle to eat something like this! Trying to eat a satisfying meal after a binge is always a hard task and something I would actually feel guilty over!

Look forward to those weekly meal habits you know you love 🥰

Everyone attending is at different levels of fitness, abs welcomed in a non judgmental environment , that builds on confidence, balance, strength and co ordination .
All you need is a pair of trainers , water and a have a go attitude .
You’ll end up laughing ! We always do ! 😊

It’s my favourite and I didn’t even do it! A Russell day off means it’s cooked for me 🤭

Sundays are for meal planning and shopping lists and some self care via a sunbed too 🥰

A Saturday delight as always with the Pasta bake king over here and topped with 2tbsp of bbq sauce for even more flavour so this, was stunning from the first bite to the last 🤤

Ingredients used:
Dolmio tomato and cheese sauce ( 8 swips) Tesco pizza pepperoni slices (1/2 a swip each) half a pack used! One can of baked beans , chuck it all in, mix it together, fill dish with water to just above the pasta and cook for 25-30 mins, take it, stir thoroughly and top with cheese of your choice (measured, obviously and back in oven for 25 mins 🤭

Karen in session 2 just loves a photo with me and it’s not her first as in 19 weeks she has achieved her 2.5 stone award with not a single gain at all!

Slimming World Chips, 600g skinless & boneless chicken thighs (boiled and then shredded) and a can of the below sauce)
Sauce is 10 Swips for the jar so split 4 ways this was only 2.5 Swips! Mega savings from the other high calorie version 🤭

Out for tea tonight in Southway as we were delayed last Thursday cos of a bomb so had to have a few bangers to make up for it tonight!
