Every Monday | 7.00–8.00pm (UK time) | Starting Monday 22nd September | Zoom (Webinar Format)

🧩 Feel wired differently? You’re not alone β€” and you don’t need a diagnosis to belong here.

This FREE 6-week online series is a supportive, validating space for neurodivergent women (or those who think they might be), including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory processing differences, or β€œI’ve never fit the mould but I don’t know why.”

Created and led by neurodivergent women with lived experience and professional training, each session blends positive psychology, coaching tools, and neurodiversity-affirming insight to help you reconnect with who you are underneath the mask.

Sessions are delivered in a webinar format so you can attend in whatever way feels safe, no pressure to have your camera on or speak. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or still figuring things out, this space is for you.
